We moved to Herefordshire on 1999 and set about realising a lifetimes ambition to produce food in a natural, nutritious and environmnetally sustainable way. We are organically certified by the Soil Association under licence nos. G5368 and P9237 for our pork, eggs and fruit.
 
- We don't use artificial fertilisers, chemical pesticides, unnecessary antibiotics on our holding.
- We do rear our livestock as naturally as possible and supplement only organic feed.
- We don't pollute the environment.
- We do minimise food miles and our comitted to the Slow Food concept.
